Waft House with Contemporary Interior in France.
Agence d’architecture Pierre-Yves Le Goaziou has designed a contemporary house in France, above the Porzic beach a rugged beach and sandy beach in the Crozon Peninsula. This contemporary house is a family holiday private residence stand adjacent to the line of maritime pines. The designer states that the house is in the area of almost exclusively individual houses of neo-Breton style the evolution of the traditional dwelling of the region and typical of the sixties. So that this contemporary house looks different.
Looking at the contemporary facade, this house only need a low energy support, the designer put a weft construction on white with two cantilevers to sustain and allow the solar shine across to the side. In south facade also, sprawled wood ceiling made of red cedar wood add the way of sun to come inside and keep the house warmth. At the north and east, the architect minimize the opening, it has a few amount of window and door to help obtaining the warmth.
